About the role
Funneled helps performance marketers, DTC brands, and growth agencies build and test full funnels in minutes. Teams use us to improve ad congruency: making the promise in the ad match the landing page, offer, and checkout experience, so conversion rates compound and MER climbs.
We’re bootstrapped, profitable, default alive, and already trusted by performance teams and merchants worldwide. Now we’re expanding into the Americas.
This is a founding, build-it-yourself GTM seat. You’ll be the first person on the ground for the region, responsible for creating pipeline, running the full sales cycle, and figuring out how to activate the market. Early on, you’ll work across sales, marketing, partnerships, events, and light customer support. As the territory grows, the team will grow around you.
What you’ll do
- Build and own top-of-funnel across outbound, inbound follow-up, partnerships, events, and other demand channels
- Run full-cycle sales across the Americas, from first touch through close
- Shape regional messaging and positioning based on what buyers respond to
- Run hands-on demand generation experiments and create lightweight content or campaigns that help you sell
- Handle basic post-sale questions for early customers while we scale support systems
- Define the GTM roles, hiring plan, and operating rhythm for the regional team as the motion proves out
What we’re looking for
- A proven record of closing deals and generating your own pipeline
- Ecommerce experience. You’ve sold to, worked in, or sold for DTC and ecommerce brands
- Strong ownership instincts and comfort operating with minimal direction
- The range to think strategically and still do the unglamorous work required in a founding role
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to own messaging instead of only delivering it
- Based on the West Coast, or able to work core PT/MT hours
Nice to have
- Early-stage or first-sales-hire experience
- A background in performance marketing, paid media, or martech
- Experience building or leading a sales team
- A relevant network in the DTC or ecommerce ecosystem
What success looks like
- First 90 days: Ramp on product and market, generate initial pipeline, close early deals, and document what works
- 6 months: Establish a repeatable pipeline motion and a clear point of view on the Americas territory
- 12 months: Consistently hit quota and make the case to hire your first team members
Compensation
$60K base / $200K OTE, uncapped, plus equity and bonus.
